Glentek - Amplifier Repair Services

We offer repair services on Glentek Amplifiers. This includes most all of the brush and brushless amplifiers used on Fadal Machines. Many customers choose to send their amp in for repair and use it as a spare rather then send it in for core credit. ITS Amplifiers are not offered for repair because they don't fail. They have internal motor short protection built in.

Fadal CNC Board Repair by ITS

Independent Technology Service Inc. is the original PCB board test and repair facility for Fadal Engineering. We provided testing and repairs for all production boards starting in 1991. Look on your board and chances are you'll see the ITS stamp already on it! 

Having been involved in the original design and production of the CNC88 hardware and software, we truly understand these boards, down to the component level and the requirements for properly repairing and testing of all the boards we offer. With over 18 years of production testing and repairing the CNC boards, there is none better experienced or equipped!

Rotary Rebuild Services

Don't Replace Your Fadal Rotary Table - Simply Rebuild or Service it!

Two Basic Options:

1. Tune-Up - We service all Fadal rotary tables with a low-cost "tune-up".

2. Rebuild It - With a complete rebuild for about 1/2 the replacement cost! 

The original Fadal rotary heads are still one of the best overall designed attachments for the Fadal machine. While there are many imported rotary heads that might "look good" on the outside, it's the inside that really counts. The simple fact is the Fadal rotary tables were specifically designed to take a crash and keep on working.

Once serviced, they will be good as new and ready for more years of dependable service. You will receive an estimate of repair 5-10 days (depending on workload) after receiving the rotary unit. Repairs take an average of 10 to 30 working days after receiving approval. An evaluation charge of $500.00 will apply if you do not get it done.

Spindle Rebuild Services

If you would rather send your Spindle in for rebuild instead of buying ones of ours you can click the link at the bottom of this page to start the RMA Process. The process takes longer (5-10 working days) than buying one and returning your old one for core credit but the result is the same and it usually costs less than buying one. We service all FADAL Spindles - ALL RPMS and ALL Lubrication Systems: Our spindle rebuild service will completely restore your Spindle to like-new condition.
