Product description First of all we designed the new keyboard with mechanical switches that last for 10 million strokes. They are alot better than the membrane switches. This is important in the harse enviroment of a machine shop. Next we replaced the Fadal Keyboard carbon cables with a keyed ribbon cable that cannot be plugged in wrong. We also added metal bars to the top and bottom of the keyboard to prevent flexing of the keyboard.
